Movement patterns will be discussed and sampled from both a technical and tactical perspective , linking movement to the game of badminton. Effective movement often involves choices and appropriate selection , this course will allow coaches to evaluate varying methods.
1. To develop a solid understanding of the qualities required to be an effective mover.
2. To understand and be able to demonstrate a range of correct movement patterns to the different areas of the court.
3. To understand and be able to coach movement from a tactical as well as technical perspective.
